SHIPPING - (all orders are shipped from the UK).
Engraved, Printed, Embroidered and Candles– will be despatched between 1-3 days*
Ceramic & Printed Glass – will be despatched between 3-5 days* (Excepting weekends and Bank Holidays and exceptionally busy periods).
* All orders placed before 1pm will go into production the same day, all
orders after 1pm will be classed as the next working day.
We do not ship outside the UK, however, we are quite happy to take sales from overseas customers who want a gift shipping to their loved ones in the UK.
Postage is charged as standard on all products and is banded by price. Orders under £7.99 will have a postage charge of £2.35 and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post. Orders between £8.00 and £14.99 will have a postage charge of £3.55 and will
be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Orders between £15.00 and £39.98 will have a postage charge of £4.75 and will
be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
Orders over £39.99 will have a charge of £5.15 and will
be sent via courier.
PAYMENTS
We accept most major credit cards via Paypal.
You do not need a Paypal account to pay with your credit card.
If you do not have a Payal account, when taken to the Paypal payments screen, simply click the link on the right
hand side below the Paypal account log in box which says don't have a paypal account.
If you do have a Paypal account, and wish to pay via Paypal log into
your account as normal.
This is a safe and secure encrypted payment facility. Your credit card details are never stored,
shared or seen by us. Only your name, address and email address for
shipping and contact purposes will be sent to us.
RETURNS
Non Personalised Gifts -
You may return
your order with 14 days, in the same condition and packaging in which it
was received, for a refund or exchange. We will refund your money,
less shipping charges, within 24 hours. You
are required to return the goods and have a responsibility to take care
of those goods whilst in your control. Unless the goods are faulty or
were sent in error you will bear any costs in returning the goods.
Damaged or Faulty Items -
If an item arrives
damaged or faulty, or we
have sent you the wrong item in error, we will of course replace it and
refund you the cost of the return postage. You must notify us of any
damage, (providing photographic evidence of the damage), or error within
7 days of receipt. In some cases we will not require you to return the
item in which case we will replace or refund you according to your
wishes. IMPORTANT: You must notify us before returning your order so we can give you a reference number and return address.
Your rights to return goods to us will
not apply in the following circumstances:
Any products that we have
personalised, customised or made specifically for you in which you have
made a spelling mistake or wording error on your order.
Please be aware that some items, such as goods made to
order can only be returned if faulty or damaged and cannot be cancelled once the order has gone into production.
