Recently ordered two gifts for Valentines Day, and the quality and the range of gifts that I was able to order was fantastic!

The photo album which i ordered, with the engraved plaque on it, was fantastic and the quality of the engraving was first rate.

I was also highly impressed with the Customer Service that was offered. Every question I had was answered almost immediately!

I will be ordering from Treasured Gifts UK again due to the range of gifts and the quality of Customer Service!

I ordered a glass from Treasured Gifts for my Partners Birthday. I ordered this glass because it was perfectly priced and had a fast delivery date.

Unfortunately when the glass arrived due to a royal mail fault it had a massive crack down the side.

I contacted Treasured Gifts to inform them the glass was broken, the customer service I received was exceptional and I had a new glass delivered the next day.

I could not fault this company in any way the service I received was perfect and I will use them in the future!

Ordered personalised items from this site they where delivered in extra fast time although they had been incorrectly written when I emailed to say what had happened the service was outstanding they where extremely apologetic and said that they whould redo the items and get them to me which they did, I am totally thrilled with them again service was second to none fully recommended ...

I fell in love with the 'Amara' tiara. I asked Lesley whether it could be made in gold rather than silver as shown. To my delight this was indeed possible! I then asked whether matching necklace and earrings could be designed and made. Again, to my delight this too was possible! The designer drew up a design for me to approve, and only 2 weeks or so later I have my own bespoke wedding tiara, necklace and earrings plus a surprise complementary matching gift for the bridegroom! Dealing with Lesley was a pleasure throughout. She always responded promptly to my questions and queries and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Lesley! x

I just wanted to write and say a huge thank you to you and your staff for getting my order to me in such speedy fashion. The box was delivered this morning and for a personalised item to be ordered late on a Tuesday evening to be delivered to the customer on the following Thursday morning is nothing short of fantastic!
